Defects and Damage
We strongly recommend that you fully inspect your merchandise immediately upon receiving your shipment. In the unlikely event there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage to your order, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will take the appropriate action to correct the problem at no charge to you.
The window treatments that you order are custom made to your exact specifications and can not be returned like other products. Therefore, we provide you with measuring and installation instructions to make sure your window treatments will fit correctly. If for some reason you make a mistake with your order, please contact our customer service department.
Changes and Cancellations
All products are custom made to your specifications under tight deadlines. Once production has begun on your order, changes and cancellations cannot be made. Production on most products begins within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate changes and cancellations before production begins.
We recommend that you take your time when making your final color selection and utilize our sample swatch program. All of our images are scanned in with a high quality scanner but you need to understand that computer monitors are all different and may view these colors differently.
Please visit our free sample section if you need assistance with making your final color selection. Our sample swatch program offers sample swatches for the majority of products we carry. It is important that you understand dye lot variations may occur due to the process of color applications. Dye lot variance may occur in any application (stains, dyes, etc). For the best color match, order all products for a room at the same time. We can not guarantee that later orders will color match the previous orders. Due to the variance in dyes, actual products may not match sample swatches exactly.
All of our products are shipped from the manufactures using UPS or FedEx. We offer free shipping to the continental United States. Blinds that are considered oversized (greater than 96” wide or (96″ length for verticals) will incur additional freight charges and shipped using common carrier. The additional freight charges for oversized blinds can range from $45 to $75 per order. Since our products are shipped direct from the manufacturing facilities, orders containing more than one type or brand of window treatment may have products arriving at different times.

BlindsOnDemand.com is a Texas based corporation therefore, we must collect sales tax on every order shipped to a Texas address. There will be no sales tax collected for shipments to other states.
